This is our 50/50 class, where, for the first thirty minutes, we use many different isolated postures from a vinyasa class to increase our body’s digestive fire (Agni), allowing us to release whatever needs to be released from the day/week/lifetime! The second thirty minutes are the delicious complement to the first half of the class, where we move down onto the mats, and slow things down! We hold our Yin postures for a few minutes each, allowing us to intentionally “stress” (in a healthy way) the myofascial tissue that is responsible for supporting our entire body!
