<p>During this 45 minute workout you will be encouraged to get your sweat on while your children can participate in the fun or choose to play amongst eachother. Child participation will vary at the parents discretion. Each week will consist of cardiovascuar, weight and resistence training and modifications will be put into place depending on fitness level. The class will end with stretching and a game or sing along for both you and your little one. Class is recommended for 12months – preschool age.</p>
