Start at the beginning and explore the fundamentals of yoga! Our Beginning Yoga class introduces you to accessible yoga poses, safe alignment, yogic breathing, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being. Join experienced teacher, Jeremy Blair, to brush up on the basics and experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment. Class size is limited to 12 and will meet in person with social distance.
Our Beginning Yoga classes are not recommended for pregnant women (see our prenatal yoga program) or individuals with acute illness or injury. Please check with your doctor and the studio if you have any questions or are unsure if it is a good time for you to begin a yoga practice. Private sessions can also be scheduled to address specific needs in a safe, one-on-one setting.
In studio space is limited to 12 students. Reserve early to save your spot! This class is also available to take online, and the livestream option includes access to the weekly recording to use at your convenience throughout the session. Registering for the In Studio series is in-person only and does not include access to the recordings. This policy is in place so that people signing up for the In Studio option do not hold that space from someone else who wants to and is able to attend in person. Missed classes will not be refunded.
