This class focuses on dynamic movements up on the pole, challenging your strength. Practice climbing variations, static poses, pole sits, handstands, and essential leg hooks. Members will work on variations of moves depending on their level of strength and technique. Our primary attention is on your safety and all members are given one-on-one attention for the highest quality experience.
Prerequisite: Must have a solid sit and be able to climb
Pole shorts are required to attend this class.
