Level 2 Pilates Reformer class has participants with varying skill levels. Offering a dynamic and challenging workout that builds on the fundamentals.
It is required to have previous experience on a Pilates Reformer or to have completed at least one Level 1 class at our studio.
This class incorporates a diverse range of exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination. Modifications and advancements are provided to accommodate different abilities, ensuring that each participant can work at their own pace and comfort level.
