This class is perfect for athletes and everyone—including beginners. It's just one notch more intense than our Yoga for Daily Life classes. We begin with purposeful and gentle asana sequences to warm up joints and muscles, then move into poses designed to lengthen shortened muscles, strengthen overstretched muscles, and relax tensed muscles. You’ll find balance in every way: balance of your body in space, balance within your body, and a relaxing balance between work and rest.
Preregistration and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 are both required. Preregistration closes one hour before class time. Please send proof of vaccination to email@example.com and we will make a note in your account (so you only have to do it once).
And as per Orange County mandate, masks are required throughout your time at the studio. We have disposable masks for you if you forget yours.
