There are a lot of ways to blow off steam and hitting something is definitely one of them! This class will be boxing skills based (not to be used for self-defense) that will result in a drenched-in-sweat workout. Boxing is more than punching bags and focus pads; there is agility, core work, coordination and strength! No experience necessary, but boxing gloves and wraps are required (we do have two spare sets you can use to trial this class.)
