This class is designed to improve strength necessary to efficiently move through the full range of motion essential for physical activity and day to day life.
It is a total body workout, consisting of functional movements – utilizing various squat, deadlift, and lunging patterns as a core component. To increase the intensity, props such as medicine balls, dumbbells, and resistance bands will be included.
Correcting posture, building pillar (core) strength, and achieving proper mobility and stability are the primary goals leading to enhanced energy, a reduction in aches and pain, and improved performance in any activity you align with.
