<p>This strength class is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle.This workout uses dumbells and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. </p>
<p>This class is designed to have a consistent class organization of strength, cardio, and core so every time you come in you know what to expect. While exercises will change based on the instructor's preferences the layout is always the same. </p>
<p>This class is designed for intermediate and advanced levels with modifications for beginners. All welcome.</p>
