This practice encourages us to embrace our flow. We'll move through the practice with intention, while also stretching and restoring our bodies from the inside-out. We'll flow through sun salutations and creative sequencing with mindful attention to alignment that works with our bodies. We welcome you to move at your own pace and encourage you to treat your body and practice with compassion.
