We are creatures of habit and pattern.
These patterns get physicalized early in our lives. For a wide
variety of reasons (largely because we walk on two feet) these
patterns can be destructive and painful in us human beings.
Luckily, we have the ability to step back and observe ourselves
consciously, recognize, and even change these patterns.
In this workshop, we’ll learn tangible tools to access and
align with the intelligence of body. We'll examine the specific
human tendencies that lead to back pain, knee troubles, and a
remarkably wide variety of other ailments. We’ll learn to recognize
the specific patterns that we are in as individuals, addressing our
longterm physical problems and concerns so that we can continue
aging with strength and grace.
