Enjoy your first half of this yoga class as we gently hold our poses for a little bit longer. From this stillness, we'll access the deeper connective tissue of the joints and spine, keeping these areas healthy and the circulation flowing, which is important as we age. For the last half of this class, we'll move into some Hatha Yoga poses for the whole body.  We'll focus on alignment, breath, and a bit of movement while we build on greater strength and flexibility.  Yoga for everyone and props are provided.
