First half with indoor cycling, a great way to get a vigorous cardio workout and burn calories, go through hills, sprints & intervals while listening to motivating music. Second half of class is weight based focusing on strengthening your core - great for posture, and improving your all around base of power.
Participants will use dumbbells, TRX, their own body weight and more! All fitness levels are welcome.
