This class goes through the Fundamentals and History of Fusion, while working on Hip, Shoulder, Chest, and Arm work. We will work on isolations, deep movement, and layering. We will be working with the mechanics and fundamentals, then moving to layering these isolations and movement work, and eventually utilizing this within choreography.
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, and comfy clothes with halter/workout bra (to show your torso while dancing). Also, if you would like- feel free to bring a hip scarf of your liking!
