Prenatal yoga is designed to support a woman's changing body in gentle ways, specific to the needs of a pregnancy. The added bonus of being in community with other expectant mothers will add a level of support in this season that you may not even know you crave. (Unlike pickles and ice cream which is a clear and obvious craving.)
Designed to be safe for every pregnancy, it is always advised that you discuss any movement program with your doctor prior to beginning. No prior experience in yoga is necessary, and all props will be provided.
