This class is for you if you want expand their ability in poses, reduce the chance of injury from repetitive motion training, build to the bone strength, or want to change the shape of your body.
The skills, strength, and stamina attained through this practice will change more than your body.
You will gain greater balance and improve your awareness of the whole body so that you can begin to enjoy the more challenging yoga poses with safety.
Join us for a flow that will help you find support and strength of your deep core in every movement.
We will focus on strengthening not only the abdominal muscles, but the muscles deep in the body that support the spine.
Each class will incorporate abdominal work, asana(postures) and breath work to develop the power that lies at the core center.
