Learn proper progressions, awareness building flows, and strengtheners to make the classic arm-balances shine.
Using the principles of alignment yoga and intelligence sequencing the different arm-balances will be broken down one by one. During this two hour workshop we develop better understanding of Revolved Crow (Parsva Bakasana), Dragonfly, Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galabasana).
Appropriate progressions will be given so you can see progress in your arm-balancing journey.
No previous arm-balancing experience is necessary.
