Vinyasa yoga has been around for hundreds of years. It is
typically thought of as the physical yoga practice (asana) but
enhances the mind as well as the body.This mixed level class is
designed for all yoga practitioners with fairly normal range of
motion. Lots of choices given for those who want to go deeper, or
those who want to back off.
Please arrive on time as we lock to doors for all early morning classes while class is in session.
We have mats and block for use for no charge but by all means, bring your own if you want.
