In a world where it’s easy to bump up against what we have no
control over, the passive practice of yin allows us the opportunity
to accept things as they are and connect to that which is steady
and ok regardless of the circumstances. This is done through
softening into poses for longer periods of time, which allows for a
mediative experience while tending to the joints, nervous system
and energetic body. Open to all levels.
