Bun in the oven is a warm (NOT hot) modified 60 minute Power vinyasa class that allows expecting moms to continue (or start) their yoga practice while safely incorporating their growing peanut. Meet other moms starting their motherhood journey with time allotted for asking questions and sharing your concerns with other wise moms already into the thick of it! This class will help to alleviate some of the physical discomforts of pregnancy and give you peace of mind about this wild ride.
