A fun, fast-paced, interactive circuit workout that consists of a series of exercises, set up at 8 to 12 stations, performed one right after the other with transition time in between each station. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Both your instructor and your peers will encourage and motivate you along the way. Every class is a little different, and everyone will leave feeling challenged, invigorated, and successful.
