Hot Yoga! Our unique class begins with a Sun Salutation warm
up followed by 26 postures set to inspiring music. Hot 26 is
suitable for beginners to advanced students as the sequence
provides for variations for each individual's level of practice.
Hot 26 is designed to relieve stress; balance and strengthen the
glandular system, circulation, digestion and nervous system;
reverse the aging process; and reshape muscles, tendons, and
posture. Fresh blood is brought to areas not normally affected and
the whole body becomes supple and strong. 100-105 degrees.
