<p>This class blends breath-centered flows with myofascial release (MFR) work, which is integrated throughout. Each class will focus on different areas of the body working towards a pinnacle pose or a series of poses with the MFR to help release tension in targeted areas. MFR is suitable for all bodies including those with injuries. Fascial tools will be provided but students may bring in their own if they choose.</p>
