Yoga FLOW is a more intense sequence of yoga postures linked to breath. It is focused on building strength, flexibility, and balance while creating space within the body. Through invigorating and fun sun salutations, hip openers, balance poses, backbends, inversions and more, students can expect to feel stronger and more balanced. Outdoor Notes: This class will take place outdoors with plenty of room to stay socially distanced and shaded by big willow trees. The location is Hatboro Memorial Park off W. Monument Ave. (behind the Hatboro pool) and just two blocks from the studio. There is plenty of parking adjacent to the field. Please come prepared with layers of clothes, water, sunblock, bug spray, yoga mat, props (blocks, strap, blanket, bolster), and anything else you might need for an outdoor class. This class is weather-permitting, so please check our website or mobile app one hour ahead of time for any changes. In certain situations, the class may be moved to the studio, online, or canceled.
