<p>Holding Space for Self is a integrative meditation. Combining specific breathing techniques, visualization and guided instruction to calm, center, return to self and release what no longer serves you.</p>
<p>The goal within this meditation is to give yourself permission to internally take care of you, to calm the mind and body in an open and loving space, and to visualize bringing into truth what nourishes and release what is no longer serving your greatest good.</p>
<p>All is set within a Trauma Sensitive focus. There will be some gentle somatic movement to transition from real space to meditative space and to return. You are invited to join, to explore the space you hold for yourself.</p>

<p>about the Facilitator...</p>
<p>Stephanie has always had a drive to help others. After learning of the benefits of meditation she spent some time studying many different modalities of meditation, and has continued to learn and grow. After leading a few sessions with friends, with positive outcomes, she embarked on a journey to heal, both from within and towards others. She is now Certified, Accredited and Insured. Always seeking new skills and knowledge, in a Trauma Sensitive focus to bring light and peace to all who are open.</p>
