Are you a Senior and want to get started with Pilates? Join us every for this small group class for Senior age 65 and older. Become familiar with Pilates in a safe environment that focuses on your needs. In this class you will be guided through Pilates exercises on the Reformer, Tower and Mat. You'll gain strength in your deep abdominals and back muscles and recieve a full body workout that feels invigorating and empowering. These classes are limited to 4 participants and held every Wed at 10am. These classes are 50 min long.
