We’ll have you floating out of the studio after a yummy Flow + Release class! We get the body heated up with an invigorating vinyasa flow + a little CORE (to ignite your inner fire) followed by deep stretching & meditation for the perfect combination of energy and relaxation.
In flow, we connect movement and breath into a flowing sequence of postures which promote strength, balance, and flexibility. In release, we hold relaxing postures that target the tightness in your body and tension in your mind. This combination of Flow + Release, along with a meditative state of mind, will create balance and harmony within the body, mind, and soul.
