Mental and physical adaptation is developed as everyone works fitness drills more relevent to self-defense training. With increased power and strength in our physical bodies, we gain confidence in our abilities to take care of ourselves, speak our minds, and get out more into our community, with less fear and more confidence.
'Power for Life' is something nobody can take from you. You'll learn some kick-butt self-defense skills, and build true confidence from the inside out. Plus you'll feel oh-so-awesome in your body, and fantastic about your body!
1- Bring adequate water (none available in Studio).
2- Wear a mask at all times, and while on The Tannery grounds
3- Wear clean athletic shoes
4- Bring personal hand sanitizer
5- Wait at back entrance until temperature is taken
