This class is held at a slower pace, suitable for new students, those with limitations, and experienced yogis. Primarily stretching coordinated with the breath, although some balance practice and strength building will be included. All of this will be done with a relaxed pace in a supportive environment. Less strenuous than an All Levels class, especially beneficial for those looking to improve flexibility and release tension.
MASK REQUIREMENTS (6/1/21)
Masks will continue to be required in the studio.
We request that if you are fully vaccinated and are able to provide proof of vaccination, you can take your mask off while you are on your mat. Even if you are fully vaccinated, please make sure you have your mask on hand. If you need to move off your mat to use the restroom, please wear your mask while walking about the space.
If you have proof of vaccination, please email or text Kelley your proof so that we can denote it in your Wellness Living profile (email@example.com or 314-707-2762.)
We request that if you are not fully vaccinated, please refrain from taking your mask off during class.
We highly recommend bringing your own mat and props to class (blocks, strap, blanket). If you need props during class, we have clean props available for you to borrow.
After props are used, we will set them aside for 24 hours and clean them.
AIR FILTRATION & CLEANING PROCEDURES
We are using a medical grade HEPA air purifying system.
We will try to open the door to ventilate the space whenever possible.
Studio surfaces will be cleaned before/ after class.
LIMITED CLASS SIZES & SPACING
Currently, we have 8 students per class. Therefore, we require pre-registration. There is a $10 cancellation fee if you do not cancel 2 hours before class.
Mat spaces are designated on the floor. Spaces are 8 ft apart.
