<p>Join True Love Yoga teacher, Sam Megraw, in a 4-week series designed to introduce you to yoga. You will benefit from this investment 1) if you’ve ever been interested in yoga but don’t know where to start, 2) if you’ve tried yoga but felt left behind, or 3) if you’ve been away from your practice for a long time. Maybe you’re looking for an activity that will improve your posture, incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, and most importantly, reduce stress!
