Candlelight Yoga - all levels
The stress of a busy day will immediately melt away as you
enter our darkened spacious yoga room filled with illuminating
candlelight and soothing music. With a focus on connecting to your
breath, you’ll make your way through a slow-moving flow preparing
your body and mind to unwind from the day’s activities.
The class may include traditional yoga
flows, deeper stretching, or Yin yoga poses.
