Yin Yoga - A perfect complement to Power Yoga, Spinning,
Running and the like. Reconcile opposing energies if your life is
very Yang; face paced and stressed. 30 minutes of Yin Yoga, a
series of long held poses that applies moderate stress to the
connective tissues of the body. The tendons, fascia and ligaments
with an aim at increasing circulation and joint flexibility. We
will end the class with 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga poses to
calm and ground.
Add the detoxifying heat and bring a bottle of water and a
towel.
