Three short and sweet classes per week. Uploaded on Richlife website every Mon/Weds/Fri. These classes are recorded and you will be training with Rich, as he sweats with you. After a 5-10 min warm up we get straight into high intensity mental fitness (option two do an extended strength endurance segment). Classes range from 30-45 mins in length with a core circuit to end. Dumbbells extremely beneficial but Body weight options will be given.
