An energizing blend of yoga traditions, using the breath and
movement of Vinyasa, the alignment of Iyengar, and the heat of
Ashtanga. Classes are taught by teachers who have studied more than
one yoga tradition. In this class, students will explore their
strength and flexibility through a series of postures that
incorporate twists, balancing, and some inversions. Through
exploring the body's subtleties, you will build your endurance,
deepen your stretches, and increase self-awareness. Explore the
Asanas, Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), and Meditation. This
class is appropriate for yogis with previous experience.
This class will be offered as a hybrid of in-person and
live-streamed. This is the online Zoom version. The link and
meeting information will be emailed 60 minutes before class
begins.
