In these particular classes there’s a strong focus on alignment accompanied with gentle movement to feel the burn and allow your body and mind to adjust to the pose. The instructor will spend some time breaking down the poses and breath as the class is designed to help you learn your body’s movement, and how to transition from one posture to the next, while keeping the connection to the resonate breath. We all start some place, so come with an open mind as we work together in designing a practice to fit your needs.
