THIS IS A VIRTUAL CLASS with the King of Fitness, Kory.
Class format is large group; personal training is not offered during this class. Group classes primarily focus on strength training and are suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are usually 1 hour in length and are held 6 days per week.
AS A GUIDE, the typical class schedule is based on the Eastern time zone and is as follows:
- Monday through Thursday 6 am, 7 am, 11:30 am, 6 pm, 7 pm, and 10 pm
- Friday class time is 7 pm
- Saturday class times are 10 am and 11 am.
