This program is geared toward 12 to 14 year old client.
Goals of this program:
- Advance the process of developing movement quality and resilience to injury
- Advance the process of developing athleticism and fitness qualities that transfer to sport and life
- Advance the process of learning exercise and implementing exercise techniques safely and effectively
- Learn more about what is required to get the most from their body in training, life and sport
- Develop Strength & Conditioned and movement qualities to help prepare for an upcoming sports season or tryouts
- Develop and maintain Strength & Conditioing and movement qualities to maintain and improve in season performance consistency
- Develop and maintain Strength & Conditioing and movement qualities to improve in season resilience
- Develop decision making and reaction ability
