WARRIOR Rhythm starts with a little mindfulness
adding in some lower body and spinal warmups. After that, we’ll
spend about 12 minutes or so lifting weights and throw in a quick
burst of HIIT training to get the heart pumping. Then we’ll circle
back around through some creative Sun Salutations and a slow build
of our yoga flow- the heart of our class. You won’t be disappointed
by the moves the ladies have chosen to share. I promise. We’ll wrap
it up with another HIIT section, and put our flow together-
circling back around to a beautiful cooldown and mindfulness piece.
The best part-we’re moving to the musical beat of a gorgeous,
emotive, and eclectic soundtrack of a little bit of R&B, a
little bit of rock and roll, a splash of alternative, and whole lot
of feel good vibes.
You’ll need a set of light to medium weights, a
yoga mat, and something to hydrate with. That’s it.
