Description:
Welcome to Pole Dance! In this pole flow class, you will combine standard pole skills with floor movement. We will teach you choreography to one song per month, in a variety of dance styles and genres. So you will have time to learn the moves in progressions, adding on to build confidence and your own flair! Feel free to jump in any time throughout the month!
Requirements:
We recommend having 3 Pole 1 classes to be familiar with some name and base moves. But don't be shy to try!
Attire:
Layers may be good here. Some yoga shorts or leggings. Tank, tee, sports bra. Shoes/Heels not required. Knee pads recommended if you have available.
