Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training If you
want to get lighter on your feet as a fighter, increase your speed
and power, or simply keep up with your kids as they run around -
SAQ training should be a part of your workout routine.
Speed - the ability to move the body in one direction as fast as
possible
Agility - the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and
quickly change directions with proper posture
Quickness - the ability to react and change body position with a
maximum rate of force production
This class will be made up of short, fun drills that work your body, mind, and get your heart rate up in short bursts!
Open to all levels.
