This is a 60-minute hot yoga class with an additional
15-minute meditation. The lighting is low and candle lights are set
around the room to provide a relaxing and meditative
atmosphere. The candlelight evokes a deeper sense of feeling
and grace, allowing for a more intuitive experience. It is taught
in a follow-the-leader format with minimal instruction given.
It is recommended to attend at least 2 Hot Yoga classes before
trying.
