If there's one pranayama you want to master it's Nadi Shodhana. Often referred to as alternate nostril breath in English. A balancing pranayama that helps to balance the parasympathetic and sympathetic responses of the body. An easy practice of alternate nostril breathing but often misunderstood, practiced incorrectly, and without careful work through the different stages of practice.
In this workshop, Arundhati will guide you through the beginners and preparatory stages in depth. You can walk away knowing this practice with ease and utmost clarity. She'll also give you a home practice sequence to work with at the end of this session.
