<p><strong>Jumping on the Reformer </strong>is so fun and adds a bit of cardio to your Pilates workout. This Intermediate level class is designed for students who have experience with Pilates and know their way around the Reformer. </p>
<p>Healthy knees and previous experience are a must!</p>
<p>The class is great way challenge yourself in a new way -- you will move through footwork and work deep. Alignment is the name of the game here. </p>
<p>Bonus: Jump board classes are great for bone health and we all need strong bones. You leave with a bounce in your step.</p>
<p>If you are not the appropriate level the trainer will ask you to reschedule to a class that is a better fit. We need to ensure the safety and consistency.</p>
