Jumping on the Reformer is so fun and adds a bit of cardio to your Pilates workout. This Intermediate level class is designed for students who have experience with Pilates and know their way around the Reformer.
Healthy knees and previous experience are a must!
The class is great way challenge yourself in a new way -- you will move through footwork and work deep. Alignment is the name of the game here.
Bonus: Jump board classes are great for bone health and we all need strong bones. You leave with a bounce in your step.
If you are not the appropriate level the trainer will ask you to reschedule to a class that is a better fit. We need to ensure the safety and consistency.
