Because the kiddos are still getting use to their body’s, we still heavily focus on strength and endurance. We just start pushing it a bit more. Scaling walls become more fluid along with transitions from walls to platforms to bars. In level 2 power and control collide. We also start teach foundations for flips and more flash tricks (this is more freerunning).
Pre Reqs (in addition to having instructor permission to enroll:
- Broad Jump your body length
- precision jump to knee high object
- monkey up to waist high object
- static hang from a bar with your elbows at 90 degrees holding for 5 seconds
- Proficiency at all the level one skills
