Looks like you want to go a little harder. After you got level 1 down, we start jumping farther and higher. Scale 8ft walls to top out. All the gaps you were hitting low, we will take them up the pillars. We will work you up towards precision jumps to rails and lache’s from bar to bar at greater distances.
Pre-reqs for Level 2:
- Broad Jump your body length
- precision jump to knee high object
- monkey up to waist high object
- static hang from a bar with your elbows at 90 degrees holding for 5 seconds
- Proficiency at all the level one skills
