This class combines the best of two styles of Yoga. 30 minutes of this class will focus on movement and breath in a vinyasa flow which may build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. 30 minutes of class will focus on relaxation and recovery through a series of Yin poses where poses are held in a supportive way to increase flexibility.

This is an excellent class for beginners
Ages 12+
12-15 year old must be accompanied by paying adult/guardian
16 & 17 year olds must have parental/guardian consent
