<p style="text-align: left;">This class combines the best of two styles of Yoga. 30 minutes of this class will focus on movement and breath in a vinyasa flow which may build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. 30 minutes of class will focus on relaxation and recovery through a series of Yin poses where poses are held in a supportive way to increase flexibility.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">This is an excellent class for beginners</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Ages 12+</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">12-15 year old must be accompanied by paying adult/guardian</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">16 & 17 year olds must have parental/guardian consent</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">NOT heated</p>
