Description:
Pilates Mat Mixed is a floor-based class, developing core strength,
mobility, and control using bodyweight and
small props. Classes progress through structured mat work with
options for varying experience levels.

Who this is for:
Clients with some Pilates experience who want a challenging
mat-based workout.
**If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend starting with
our Intro Private 3 Pack or Fundamentals workshops before
attending Mixed-level classes- All levels are welcome.**
