MINDFUL MOVEMENTS

Is an education based practice where you will learn more about your own body and how to better move it! The classes are part anatomy and functionality, energy movement, breath work and meditation. Expect to be physically challenged in a safe environment as you learn to unravel your own particular movement habits and create a harmony

Suitable for Students new to yoga, mature aged, or after a slower paced class. You don’t have to be a beginner to benefit from the slower gentle movements
