Class is a 60
minute, low impact cardio workout paired with a series
of movements based upon the principals of Ballet and Pilates.
It targets many problem areas like the glutes, hips, low
abdominals, and thighs; all while incorporating low impact cardio
and working the arms, shoulders, and chest. Using small isometric
movements and light weights or just your own body weight, our
workouts will help you firm, tone, and lift your
muscles.
