A vigorous full-body workout composed of four individuals given careful attention in a fun, uplifting environment. focus is on commonly shared goals of weight loss, muscle toning, trunk stabilization, posture and symmetry correction, coordination, and injury prevention. 

 


Special Instructions

**Please note that we require a minimum of 2 bookings by 4 hours prior to scheduled class time to hold a class.  

 
In the case that the minimum threshold has not been reached we will offer the courtesy of trading the cost of 2 classes for a private session with same instructor at desired hour otherwise, the class will be canceled with no penalty.
